NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 19, 2024, entered in Case No. 23-CA-007476-NC of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY FSB, not in its individual capacity but solely as trustee for Residential Mortgage Aggregation Trust,, is the Plaintiff, and GOLD INVESTOR LLC, a Nevada limited liability company; TARAS YURCHAK, an individual; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 n/k/a Yoandri Montes De Oca; and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 n/k/a Asha Thompson, are the Defendants, that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on July 31, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 12, PAULSEN PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE(S) 41 AND 41a, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
