NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 22-CA-002324 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage is the Plaintiff and Katherine Urra; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development ; Eustolia Ponce De leon are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 09:00 AM on the 11th day of July, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 2, WEDGEWOOD, SECTION 30 AND 31, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 124, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
