ALSO BY EXTENDING THE LOT LINE BETWEEN LOTS 11 AND 12, A DISTANCE OF 9.3 FEET IN THE SOUTHWESTERLY DIRECTION AND BY EXTENDING THE LOT LINE BETWEEN LOTS 13 AND 14, A DISTANCE OF 9.3 FEET IN THE SOUTHWESTERLY DIRECTION, THE AREA ENCLOSED BETWEEN THE BACK LOT LINE OF LOTS 12 AND 13 AND THE TWO EXTENSIONS PREVIOUSLY DESCRIBED CONNECTED BY THE WATER FACE OF THE CONSTRUCTED SEAWALL AMOUNTING TO 744 FEET, MORE OR LESS, ALL IN BLOCK 306, UNIT 7 OF THE CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 127 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
