YOU, AND EACH OF YOU, ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a suit to quiet title to the above described property has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Alexis M. Faulkner, Esquire, Plaintiff's Attorney, of the law firm of Jones, Haber & Rollings, whose address is 1633 SE 47th Terrace, Cape Coral, Florida 33904 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court on or before July 29, 2024; otherwise the allegations of the Complaint will be taken as confessed.
This Notice shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in Fort Myers, Florida.
