NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 6, 2024 entered in Civil Case No. 24-00162-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein A&D MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and THE HANK GROUP LLC, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, KEN BURKE, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pinellas County's On-Line Public Auction website: https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on JULY 17, 2024,
