FLAGSTAR BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff and CRAIG D. MINNICK; AMY L. MINNICK, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Circuit Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 30TH day of JULY, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
