LOT 71, W.E. RICHARDSON'S SUB, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
LESS AND EXCEPT A PORTION OF LOT 71, W.E RICHARDSON'S SUB., ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 6, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 71 THENCE RUN NORTH 30 FEET ALONG THE WEST LOT LINE, THENCE RUN SOUTHEAST 46.10 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 71, SAID POINT BEING 35 FEET EAST OF THE POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE RUN WEST 35 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
