The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://pinellas.realforeclose.com, on July 23, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 10, ORANGE RIDGE SUBDIVISION, UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 91, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 11357 116TH AVE, LARGO, FL 33778 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
