Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on February 2, 2024, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Cindy Stuart, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
UNIT 104, BUILDING B, EGYPT LAKE BEACH CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF THE CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4916, PAGE 438, AS AMENDED; AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 75, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3127 W SLIGH AVENUE, TAMPA, FL 33614; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com., on July 25, 2024 at 10:00 AM.
