The administration of the Estate of CAROLYN LEE RUSSELL, deceased, File Number 24-000489-CP is pending in the Circuit Court for Charlotte County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is Probate Division, Charlotte County Justice Center, 350 E. Marion Avenue Punta Gorda, FL 33950. The estate is testate and the date of the decedent's Will and any Codicils are December 03, 2020. All interested persons on whom a copy of the Notice of Administration is served must file objections that challenge the validity of the will, the qualifications of the personal representative, venue, or jurisdiction of this Court by filing a petition or other pleading requesting relief with this Court in accordance with the Florida Probate Rules. WITHIN THREE MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
An election to take an elective share must be filed by or on behalf of the surviving spouse entitled to an elective share under Sections 732.201-732.2155 WITHIN THE TIME REQUIRED BY LAW, which is on or before the earlier of the date that is 6 months after the date of service of a copy of the Notice of Administration on the surviving spouse, or an attorney in fact or a guardian of the property of the surviving spouse, or the date that is 2 years after the date of the decedent's death. The time for filing an election to take an elective share may be extended as provided in the Florida Probate Rules.
