NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 11, 2024, issued in and for Manatee County, Florida, in Case No. 412023CA003595CAAXMA, wherein GRANITE HILLS VENTURES, LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF TEXTBOOK HOLDINGS TRUST is the Plaintiff, and ANTONY KENNETH STEFAN OSEITUTU, PLLC are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, ANGELINA COLONNESO, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on July 31, 2024, at electronic sale beginning at 11:00 AM, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com the following-described real property as set forth in said Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
