BEGIN AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 13, THENCE EASTERLY ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 13, 25.0 FEET; THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG A LINE PARALLEL TO AND 25.0 FEET EASTERLY OF THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 13, 86.13 FEET; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY 35.20 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 13; THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 13, 52.0 FEET; THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE WESTERLY LINE OF LOT 13, 125.7 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
