NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2022 CA 003811 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Cardinal Financial Company Limited Partnership is the Plaintiff and Michael Vincent Altiero; Unknown Spouse of Michael Vincent Altiero; City of North Port, Florida; Jockey Club of North Port Owners' Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1 ; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 09:00 AM on the 2nd day of August, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 2640, 52ND ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 13, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
