Final Judgment was awarded on June 19, 2024 in Civil Case No. 23-CA-014457, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE ENCORE CREDIT RECEIVABLES TRUST 2005-3 is the Plaintiff, and BETH A. MARKOWITZ A/K/A BETH MARKOW MALLORY-; JOHN J. MARKOWITZ A/K/A JOHN MARKOWITZ; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JOHN MARKOWITZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

COMMENCE AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID TRACT 571, THENCE SOUTH 30.00 FEET ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID TRACT 571; THENCE N 88 DEG 15' 21” WEST 13.01 FEET PARALLEL WITH THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID TRACT 571 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 151.51 FEET; THENCE N 88 DEG 13' 43” W., 290.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 151.38 FEET TO A POINT LYING SOUTH 30.00 FEET FROM THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID TRACT 571; THENCE S 88 DEG 15' 21” E. 290.00 FEET PARALLEL TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID TRACT 571 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING
