BOOK 826, PAGE 830; O.R. BOOK 842, PAGE 409; AND O.R. BOOK 1346, PAGE 1287, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION AND INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE RIGHT TO LEASE AUTOMOBILE PARKING SPACE NO. 111 AS THE SAME IS DESIGNATED ON SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION.
