NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered in Civil Acton No. 23-CA-6199 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CLAYTON P. BRESNAN is the Plaintiff and MARCUS PRICE, LORENA PRICE, GOODLEAP, LLC, CHRISTIE CARD, and PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC are the Defendants. Kevin C. Karnes, as Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell to the highest and best bidder by electronic sale BEGINNING AT 9:00 A.M. at www.lee.realforeclose.com, IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031, FLORIDA STATUTES, on JULY 25, 2024. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME FOR THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
