PUBLIC NOTICE:
Sealed Bid 2024-02 Kitchen walk-in coolers/freezer removal and their replacement (WICs) for Cypress Cove at HealthPark Florida will receive sealed bids from general contractors or providers until Tuesday August 13, 2024, at 2:00 pm EST. The solicitation documents and instructions may be requested at [email protected] or the architect [email protected]. A voluntary Pre-Bid on-site walk through is on Tuesday August 06, 2024, at 10:00 am. This project may receive reimbursement in part with FEMA Public Assistance federal funds.
SUMMARY:
REPAIR WORK. Removal and replacement in-kind of the existing flood damaged Walk-in Coolers (WIC's) two (2) units for refrigeration and one (1) freezer including refrigeration equipment and its controls. Note: Scope of work also includes Fire protection sprinklers and fire watch, Electrical lighting and power, Plumbing condensate line, Audio/Visual devices for monitoring WICs, Quarry tile finished flooring, adjoining Ceiling tile system. TEMPORARY WORK. Provide temporary refrigeration/freezer walk-in units of comparable functional design capacity to be located outside in the parking lot adjacent to the receiving dock. PROJECT COORDINATION may require a general contractor to complete all work specified in a fully active operational commercial kitchen.
