INVITATION TO BID BID #24-1273 CITY OF DUNEDIN, FLORIDA
Sealed bids for the “Supply and Delivery of Submersible Pumps” to the City of Dunedin will be received until the time and date noted below at the Purchasing Office in Dunedin City Hall, 737 Louden Ave. Suite 212, Dunedin, Florida 34698. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time. Individuals requiring assistance under the provision of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) should submit their requirements in writing to the Purchasing Section forty-eight [48] hours prior to the bid opening.

The contract will consist of supplying and delivering submersible pumps to the City's Wastewater Treatment Facility located at 1140 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave. Dunedin, FL 34698. Specifications are available in the City of Dunedin Purchasing Office (Phone 727-298-3065). You may also email your request to [email protected] or download a copy from www.demandstar.com. Envelopes containing bids (submit one original and two copies) shall be securely sealed and clearly marked:

2:00 P.M. TUESDAY JULY 30, 2024
DO NOT OPEN IN MAILROOM”

Any inquiries, suggestions, or requests concerning interpretation, clarification, or additional information pertaining to this Bid shall be made through the City of Dunedin's Purchasing Buyer, Shawna Pateiro, at [email protected]. Questions should be submitted in writing no less than ten (10) calendar days prior to the time and date of the bid opening noted above. The City shall not be responsible for oral interpretations given by any City employee, representative, or others. The issuance of a written addendum is the only official method whereby interpretation, clarification, or additional information may be given.

No bidder shall withdraw their bid after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. All bids must be firm bids for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the time set for opening bids. The City of Dunedin reserves the right to accept such bids as are in the City's best interests, waive informalities, or reject any or all bids. Bids that are incomplete or which are not submitted in accordance with the instructions may be disqualified.
