NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That pursuant to a Second Amended Writ of Execution issued in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, on the 8th day of December A.D., 2023, in the cause wherein, Platte River Insurance Company, was plaintiff(s) and St Petersburg Development Corporation, Inc., d/b/a Mosley Motel and Michael Shimshone, were defendant(s), being Case No 13-1116 CO 40 in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri, as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant(s), Michael Shimshoni, and subject to a judgment lien, in and to the following described real property located and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit:
