MARTINEZ; JAVIER MARTINEZ, SR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAVIER MARTINEZ, SR. N/K/A MARY ANN MARTINEZ; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on March 21, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
