Unit 305, FAIRWAY WOODS SECTION TWO, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 1764, Pages 1421 through 1490 and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 24, Pages 12, 12A through 12H and amendments thereto, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
