Final Judgment was awarded on July 7, 2023 in Civil Case No. 20-CA-001607, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and FEDERAL HOUSING MANAGEMENT INC.; BLACK POINT ASSETS, INC., AS TRUSTEE OF THE 541 WESTCHESTER HILLS LANE; STAR POINTE CAPITAL, LLC, AS TRUSTEE OF THE 541 WHL LAND TRUST DATED; SUNCOAST CREDIT UNION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDER; CROSBY CROSSINGS EAST HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; MONTY L.
