NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 22-CA-002391 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Citizens Bank NA f/k/a RBS Citizens NA is the Plaintiff and Chad Michael Steimer a/k/a Chad M. Steimer; Bonnie L. Steimer are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the April 5, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
