COMES NOW, the Plaintiff, CHRISTIAN GOTTSELIG, by and through the undersigned attorney, and hereby gives notice that a civil action has been instituted on the above action, and is now pending in the Circuit Court of the State of Florida, County of Lee, on February 2, 2024. Case No: 24-CA-1013.
Lot 17, Block 14, Addition 1, Section 5 and 6, Township 45 South, Range 27 East, Lehigh Acres, As Recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 137 Through 139, Inclusive, of the public records of Lee County, Florida.
