NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 31, 2024 in Civil Case No. 36-2023-CA-001367 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and MARIA LUZ GARCIA a/k/a Maria L.
Garcia, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Kevin C. Karnes, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida
Statutes on the day of March 20, 2024 at 9:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 16, Block 165, Southwood Unit 31, Section 8, Township 45 South, Range 27 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the Map or Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 26, Page 95, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
