NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 16, 2024, and entered in Case No. 52-2019-CA-005114 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. as Trustee for Mortgage Assets Management Series I Trust, is the Plaintiff and Lydia R. Gonzalez aka Lydia Gonzalez a/k/a Lidia R. Gonzalez, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, The Lake St. George South Homeowners Association, Inc., LSG Community Association, Inc, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the March 20, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
