YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a claim of lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Apartment No. 49, Building B-34, of ON TOP OF THE WORLD UNIT THIRTY-EIGHT, A CONDOMINIUM and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 4425, Pages 46 through 71, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 22, Page 116, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, within 30 days after the first publication, on Rachel M. Wagoner, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1756 N. Belcher Road, Clearwater, FL 33765, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once a week for 2 consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
