NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2024, in Case No. 2022CA003563, of the County Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, in which LAUREL ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and Sheila Cannon and Any Unknown Person(s) in Possession n/k/a Anthony Smith are the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at https://www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on March 25, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 169, Laurel Estates Phase II, according to the map or Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 165, at page(s) 33 through 35, inclusive of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida
