NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23rd day of February, 2024, and entered in Case No. 53-2022-CA-001089-0000-00, of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and NATHAN FIGUEROA; WANDA PEREZ; JESSICA M. MINAYA; JOSE D. MINAYA RAMIREZ; CHANLER RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, Clerk of Circuit Court as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 25th day of June, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
