NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Canceling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 27, 2024, entered in Case No. 2023-CA-003285-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, the clerk, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq., shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 AM on the 15th day of April, 2024, on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 2, Block 2, Longleaf Neighborhood Three, Block 39 Partial Replat, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 76, Page(s) 83, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Property Address: 10711 Marsha Drive, New Port Richey, FL 34655.
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE
PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT. IF YOU ARE A SUBORDINATE LIEN HOLDER CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.

The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
