LOT 286, RICHMOND ESTATES UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
