NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Final Default Judgment on Complaint,” entered in Case No. 2023-CA-000942-AX on January 8, 2024, in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein RPM Realty Investments, LLC, Plaintiff, and Francis A. Russo, Defendant, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the real property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described below to the highest bidder, for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 4th day of April 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 15, of The Villas at Christian Retreat, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 2617, Page 2059, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
