Unless you pay the reasonable costs of storage and advertising for all the above-described property and take possession of the property which you claim, not later than March 21st, 2024 at 4:00 p.m., this property will be disposed of pursuant to Florida Statutes §715.109 by Public Sale. The sale will occur at 11:00 a.m. on March 22nd, 2024 at the Main Office of Palm Bay Mobile Home Park, 751 10th Street East, Palmetto, FL 34221.
PLEASE NOTE: If you fail to reclaim the property, it will be sold at a Public Sale after notice of the sale has been given by publication. You have the right to bid on the property at the sale. After the property is sold and the costs of storage, advertising, and sale are deducted, the remaining money will be paid over to the county.
