NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 25, 2024 and entered in Case No. 23-CA-005799 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein BANKUNITED N.A., is the Plaintiff and WESLEY A. SHEETS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WESLEY A. SHEETS; ROOF RX LLC and CYPRESS VILLAGE - CORONADO MOORS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, Kevin C Karnes, the Lee County Clerk of Courts, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://www.lee.realforeclose.com/ at 9:00 A.M. on June 5, 2024, a date no sooner than one hundred twenty days (120) from the date of entry of the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 59, BLOCK 4, CORONADO MOORS SUBDIVISION, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 131 AND 132, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Commonly known as: 1460 S. Larkwood Sq., Fort Myers, FL 33919
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no other recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's attorney.
