NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale entered on March 1, 2024, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-003164 in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in Lee, County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS LEGAL TITLE TRUSTEE FOR RMTP TRUST, SERIES 2021 BKM-TT-V, is the Plaintiff and GERALD PLUVIOSE; HEALTHPARK FLORIDA EAST PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, KEVIN KARNES, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, on May 1, 2024 at 9:00 AM, following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK G, PORTOFINO SPRINGS, A REPLAT OF LOT 2, HEALTHPARK FLORIDA EAST, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 68 PAGE 17 THROUGH 22, RECORDED IN INTRUMENT # 2014000078831, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
And commonly known as 15740 PORTOFINO SPRINGS BLVD #102, FOR MYERS, FL 33908.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
