NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 17-004868-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR WIMC CAPITAL TRUST 2011-1, Plaintiff, and, ANTONIO LAMAR SANTOS, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 17th day of April, 2024, the following described property:
LOT 66 AND THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 65, W.E. RICHARDSON SUBD., ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.032.
