Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Default Judgment of Partition, entered in the above-styled cause on February 29, 2024, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of Pinellas County will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:

Lot 39, Lake Shore Estates Third Addition, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 46, Page 15 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

at a Public Sale, the Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder, for cash, except as set for the hereinafter, on March 27, 2024 at 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
