NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2024, and entered in Case No. 21-004810-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Mill City Mortgage Loan Trust 2018-2, U.S. Bank National Association as Indenture Trustee, is the Plaintiff and SB Trade International LLC, TD Bank USA, NA, Imperial Cove Condominium XI Association, Inc., Imperial Cove Community Association, Inc.,, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the March 28, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
