Forde a/k/a Cheryl F. Davis aka Cheryl Forededavis, United States of America Acting through Federal Housing Commissioner, Microf, LLC, are defendants, the Volusia County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.volusia.realforeclose.com, Volusia County, Florida at 11:00AM EST on the April 4, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
