NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered FEBRUARY 23 , 2023 in Civil Case No. 2022-CA-002363 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for PoIk County, Bartow, Florida, wherein Lore Lending Group, Inc, Lore Investment-Misty, LLC, John J. Rooney, CPA, PA and ACL Enterprises, LLC are Plaintiffs and Direct Success Investments, LLC a Florida Limited Liability Company and Steven Campbell, Individually are Defendants,
the Clerk of Court, STACY BUTTERFIELD, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 9TH day of APRIL, 2024 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
