NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 1, 2024, and entered in 51-2020-CA-000780 WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT, LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF SANDRA M. CARTER, DECEASED; STEPHANIE L. ANDERSON; JAMES DOUGLAS, JR.; MICHAEL HAMMILL; ANGELA LOVE; KEYSTONE PARK COLONY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURT OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; KIRK M.
