The mobile home located on Plaintiff's property at 14706 Spyglass Street, Lot #52, Orlando, Florida 32826, a 1981 TWIN Mobile Home, VIN #T24710085A, Title #0019563922 and VIN #T24710085B, Title #0019563921.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
