Lot 9, Block 1358, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 13, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 2A through 2G, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.

AND ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action for interpleader on the above-described real property has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on ERNEST W. STURGES, JR., ESQ., GOLDMAN, TISEO & STURGES P.A., 701 JC Center Court, Suite 3, Port Charlotte, FL 33954, and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court on or before April 16, 2024; otherwise, a judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
