NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel the March 20, 2024 Foreclosure Sale Date entered in Civil Case No. 412018CA003635CAAXMA of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A, THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-15 is Plaintiff and RICHARD C. SEGALE, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, ANGELINA M. COLONNESO, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Manatee County's On-Line Public Auction website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on AUGUST 06, 2024, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in MANATEE County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure by Consent and Default, to-wit:
