NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment/Order of Foreclosure dated March 8, 2024, entered in Civil Case No. 2023 CA 004907 AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Carl Petrat and Allison Petrat, are Plaintiffs, and Jamie L. Furst and OneMain Financial Group LLC, a Servicer for Wilmington Trust NA as Issuer Loan Trustees for OneMain Financial Issuance Trust 2019-2, et. al., are Defendants.
Angelina M. Colonneso, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the following property located in MANATEE County, Florida:
Lot 65, NORTH RIVER RANCH, PHASE 1B & 1D- EAST, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 68, Page 125, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
To the highest and best bidder via Internet: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com/ at 11:00 A.M on April 10, 2024. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. eastern standard time, of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
