NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment for Lien Foreclosure dated February 12, 2024, and entered in Case No. 2023CC005842 of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court, Angelina Colonneso, will publicly sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on April 2, 2024, the following described property:
UNIT 8-202, PALM GROVE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1987, PAGES 1324 THROUGH 1408, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim before the Clerk of the Court reports the surplus as unclaimed.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
