NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 5, 2024 in the above action, the Collier County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Collier, Florida, on April 4, 2024, at 11:00 AM, at Lobby 3rd Floor, Courthouse Annex of Collier County Courthouse, 3315 E. Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112, for the following described property:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 13, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT 26, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, ON PAGES 15 AND 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
