PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO YOU, WILLIAM STEINMETZ, individually and d/b/a STATE LINE INTERIORS that on October 20, 2023, a Petition was filed against you in the Circuit Court of the 22nd Judicial Circuit, McHenry County, Illinois seeking entry of an Order reviving the Judgment which was entered in favor of REINKE GYPSUM SUPPLY CO., INC. and against you on May 8, 2015 in the amount of $43,765.91 plus court costs.
Unless you file your Answer or otherwise file your Appearance in this case in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of McHenry County, Illinois, 2200 N. Seminary Avenue, Room 136, Woodstock, Illinois AVENUE, 60098, on or before April 16, 2024, an Order will be entered reviving the May 8, 2015 Judgment which as entered herein in favor of Plaintiff REINKE GYPSUM SUPPLY CO., INC. and against Defendant WILLIAM STEINMETZ, individually and d/b/a STATE LINE INTERIORS in the amount of $43,765.91 plus court costs and all accrued Post-Judgment interest.
Hearing on this matter will take place on May 16, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. before the Honorable Michael J. Chmiel, Courtroom 365, McHenry County Government Center, 2200 N. Seminary Avenue, Woodstock, Illinois 60098. You may appear at such time and place if you so see fit. All Parties may appear via Zoom. The Zoom ID number is 701-143-2980.
