NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 5, 2023 (the “Judgment”), and Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Sale Date dated March 6, 2024, entered in Civil Case No. 2023-CA-000594, Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough, County, Florida, wherein Seaside Global Investments, LLC, is Plaintiff, and West Coast Enterprises, LLC, Ian Love, Cleandy Gomez, Kyle McCullers, Any and All Unknown Tenants or Parties in Possession; and All Unknown Parties Claiming Interests by, through, under or against a Named Defendant to this action, or having or claiming to have any right title, or interest in the property described herein are defaulted Defendants, that on March 28, 2024, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in or at the Clerk's website for on-line auctions www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. the following described property as
set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
