YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint has been filed and commenced in this Court against the above-described property by Cypress Park Garden Homes I Condominium Association, Inc. (“Plaintiff”) to foreclose a claim of lien for unpaid assessments involving the above-described property in Hillsborough County, Florida.
